Studio Policies

To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, all studio policies are upheld consistently without exception.

Policies

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled class in order to retain your class credit. Cancellations made within 12 hours of class, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of the class credit and a fee. Arriving 15 minutes late will also be treated as a no-show.

    Late cancellation fee: $14
    No-show fee: $20

All purchases are final. We do not offer exceptions, extensions, or refunds. These policies are clearly stated prior to purchase and apply equally to all clients.

  • Q: Can I purchase both new client specials, the BOGO and the 1 Month Unlimited?
A: No. New client specials are limited to one offer per person. Clients may choose either the BOGO or the 1 Month Unlimited, but not both. These offers are available only to first-time clients who have never taken a class with us before.

Creating a second account to bypass this policy is not permitted and will result in cancellation of the purchase without refund.

New client offers must also be purchased before your first class. If you purchase a drop-in or another class option first, you will no longer be eligible to redeem the new client special afterward.

  • Grip socks are required for every class; this ensures stability, hygiene, and the safety of both you and those around you. Grip socks are available for purchase in-studio.

Clients who begin class without grip socks will be asked to pause and purchase a pair before continuing. As instructors are actively leading class, assistance during this time will be limited to avoid disrupting others' experience.

Refusal to purchase/put on grip socks when required will result in the reservation being marked as a late cancellation or no-show, based on the point in class at which the issue occurs.

Mat Towels are recommended for Mat Pilates.

  • Merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for a different size, pending availability. Socks are final sale and not eligible for exchange. All merchandise purchases are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

  • The first person on the waitlist will be automatically added to class if a spot becomes available before 12 hours of the scheduled start time.

Once the 12-hour window begins, the waitlist is cleared in accordance with our cancellation policy. This helps prevent clients from being added into class late at night or too close to the start time, which could otherwise result in a late cancellation or no-show fee.

After that point, any open spots become available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be booked manually.

  • Q: Can I get a refund if I didn’t use my class or something came up, such as getting sick, running late, or having an emergency?
A: No. All purchases are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. We do not offer refunds, extensions, or exceptions.

This policy is clearly stated at the time of purchase and applies to all class types, packages, and memberships. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, these policies are consistently upheld to ensure fairness to all clients and instructors.

    Q: What happens if I late-cancel or no-show?
A: Please refer to our Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy section for full details regarding applicable fees and credit usage.

Q: My class credit expired. Can it be extended?
A: No. All class credits have a clearly stated expiration date and cannot be extended for any reason. If a credit is not used by the expiration date, it will automatically expire. Please plan accordingly when purchasing classes or memberships.

Q: I didn’t read the policy. Does it still apply?
A: Yes. Our policies are listed under each offering prior to purchase and are also available in our FAQ. By booking or purchasing, you agree to these policies whether or not you choose to read them.

*Questions regarding extensions, exceptions, or refunds that fall outside of our stated policies may not receive a response.

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class to meet your Trainer and receive a brief introduction to the methods and MegaPro. This time is important for your safety and to help you feel comfortable before class begins. If you arrive late to your first Lagree class, you will not be admitted, and it will be treated as a no-show in accordance with our no-show policy and fees.

Grip socks are required for safety. If you do not have a pair, KAI grip socks are available for purchase. Membership holders may receive a complimentary pair of plain grip socks if needed. Please note these are different from our retail styles.
