Lagree at KAI is a high-intensity, low-impact strength method performed on the Megaformer. The machine uses spring based resistance and a moving carriage to create continuous tension throughout each movement.
Exercises are performed slowly and with control, keeping muscles under continuous load to develop strength, endurance, and stability. With minimal rest between movements, Lagree delivers challenging full body conditioning while remaining low impact on the joints.

PILATES
Pilates at KAI is a mat-based method rooted in controlled movement, alignment, and deep core engagement. Our classes blend Pilates fundamentals with light weights and dynamic sequences to challenge muscular endurance and full body stability.
Each class emphasizes precision, control, and intentional movement to support posture, mobility, and overall body awareness. This sculpt-focused approach elevates the heart rate while remaining low impact, helping build long term strength, definition, and core integrity.
