6. AUTOMATIC RENEWALS & RECURRING BILLING
Certain memberships, subscriptions, packages, or services may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the applicable membership terms.
By purchasing a recurring membership or subscription, you authorize KAI Studio Concepts LLC and its third-party payment processors to automatically charge your designated payment method for recurring membership dues, fees, taxes, late fees, no-show fees, cancellation fees, and any other authorized charges associated with your account.
Recurring charges will continue until canceled in accordance with the applicable membership agreement, commitment terms, and cancellation policies.
Failure to attend classes or use membership services does not automatically pause, freeze, or terminate billing obligations.
Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and payment information at all times.
7. SMS & MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your phone number and opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from KAI Studio Concepts LLC and its affiliated brands regarding:
• Booking confirmations and reminders
• Account notifications
• Promotions and marketing communications
• Studio announcements and updates
• Membership-related communications
• Operational or transactional notices
Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
